  • Frozen Goods: For frozen products (like Chicken Paws), someone must be available to receive the delivery to ensure the items are placed in a freezer immediately. We are not responsible for spoiled food if a delivery is missed.

4. Returns and Refunds

  • Perishable Goods: For food safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on perishable food items (fresh, frozen, or opened jars) unless they are faulty or damaged.

  • Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours with photographic evidence so we can arrange a refund or replacement.

  • Cancellations: You can cancel a non-food order within 14 days, but you must pay for the return shipping.
