Our Humble Roots in the Baltic Triangle

Our journey began in the heart of Liverpool’s creative Baltic Triangle. Founded as a family-run business and now led by Perry Ng, our mission has always been simple: to honour traditional recipes while embracing modern innovation.

Liverpool has one of the oldest Chinese communities in Europe, and being part of that heritage is something we carry into every product we make. We started with a small, dedicated team and a handful of family recipes that had been passed down through generations.

From Local Kitchen to National Shelves

What started as a local passion for quality ingredients soon grew beyond the borders of Merseyside. Our commitment to using 100% chicken breast and authentic spices caught the attention of the nation.
